Hello there! I'm Bev, a Fine Jewelry and 3D CAD designer living in Philadelphia, PA. I specialize in custom fine jewelry including engagement and wedding bands! For over 15 years, I have worked and designed for brands such as Alexis Bittar, Ippolita, David Yurman, Ralph Lauren and Donna Karan.
At an early age I would spend every weekend antiquing with my parents, which inspired my love of historical jewelry and adornment. Growing up in New England, I always had my hand in numerous projects, making different objects out of metal, ceramic and wood. Collecting jewelry, and other treasures on my weekly antique adventures led me to discover my passion for wearable objects, hence the name Bevy of Objects.
My home away from home is my studio at the BoK Building, where they often open to the public with pop-up shops — especially around the holidays. It's the perfect time to check out the jewelry I have available for sale, and my shamelessly epic collection of gemstones.

What is CAD?
CAD stands for computer-aided design, which is the use of computer software to create, modify, analyze and optimize 2D drawings and 3D models of physical objects.
Being able to lay out stones in 3D CAD has helped tremendously when I’m starting out new projects. I am also able to weigh the piece so I know how much metal to cast it with. When I start making a ring, I will put together some 3D CAD images to show the client roughly what it will look like. The images never do the actual ring justice, but it helps my clients see the ring before it’s actually made.
Once the 3D printed CAD model is approved by a client, I am ready to cast a custom piece.
